Greetings from the Executive Board

Welcome to AAA’s website!

We hope you all had a restful summer break and are ready to join us in advocating for the Asian American community at Columbia (and beyond). After helping Columbia host the 2013 East Coast Asian American Student Union Conference last spring, the executive board has been working hard over the summer months to bring fresh programming for the new school year. Fall events to be on the lookout for include a school-wide APIA U Leadership Training Workshop, the glorious return of cultureSHOCK, our annual charity performance showcase, a new community service opportunity through the Naturalization ProjectCrossroads Conference, our annual conference for high school students, and many more to come!

We are excited to welcome new board members who have an interest in learning about issues that affect Asian Americans, who want to gain real leadership and event-planning experience, and who seek to make a positive impact in their communities. Joining the fAAAmily means being part of a diverse group of Columbia students and a national network of advocates.

We look forward to meeting you at the NSOP Meet & Greet, the Columbia and Barnard Activities Fairs and at our Info Session in the coming weeks! If you would like to know more about how to get involved in AAA, please contact us at aaa@columbia.edu.

In solidarity,

Asian American Alliance 2014-2015 Executive Board
