Every spring, Asian American Alliance hosts the Crossroads leadership conference, a free one-day conference full of workshops and keynote speakers focused on exploring Asian American issues. All high school students in the New York metropolitan area are encouraged to apply. Conference delegates work closely with student leaders at Columbia University to learn about APIA history, leadership skills, explore what it means to be Asian American in this day and age, and join a network of peers from which they can benefit from to become the next of generation of leaders.

This year, Crossroads is directed by three OCMS: Justin Chiang, Caroline Chiu, and Katie Zeng. The three OCMS work with the rest of the members of Asian American Alliance to put on this conference.
